Our MCCO centre Kwinana was opened by His Excellency Mr Malcolm McCusker AO CVO QC, former Governor of WA, on 9th of February 2012.
Mission: Margaret Court Community Outreach (formerly known as Victory Life Community Services Inc) was established by Rev Margaret Court in 1997. We provide our clients with more than food and clothing. Our passion and mission is to go beyond just meeting the needs and to continually encourage, empower and equip families and individuals with the necessary life skills to change their current circumstances, giving them hope for a future.
To give hope and care for those in need, giving a hand up not a handout.
2. To assist in changing the culture of people so they can also have an impact on their families and the broader community.
3. To have centres in all areas of Western Australia that can relieve the financial burden on this state.
4. To expand into the nations of the world, opening MCCO in all Victory Life International locations around the globe.
5. To develop nutritional programs to assist schools and families, to collaborate and strengthen the wider community.
